This Armour@AspireUrbanWarrior session will be Functional Training conducted by Yen Ju Lu and trainers of Aspire Club Asok.
 

WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Session 1 - 4:10PM to 4:40PM
Session 2 - 4:40PM to 5:10PM
Session 3 - 5:10PM to 5:40PM
 

WORKOUT

The workout will consist of several exercises based on movement patterns. To complete the workout you and your partner will have to complete a specific number of reps total for each exercise in less than 20 mins. For example: You and your partner have to do 100 squats.
 
You may do 50 and your partner does 50, or 75/25, or 90/10
 
However you wish to divide the reps, as a team, you have to complete the set number of reps TOTAL per exercise.
 
You may complete the exercises in any order you wish. There is a 20 minute time cap to complete the workout. First team to finish, wins!
 
You may come with a partner or show up solo and you will be assigned one. 
 

TRAINER

 
Yen Ju Lu is a certified ACE personal trainer and a HIIT instructor. He specializes in helping client develop functional strength and body transformation program. Ultimately, to help client live their life to the fullest!
