Workout Schedule

6.00am onwards- Registration
6.30am - 7.30am- 100 Fitness Challenge
7.30am - 8.15am- Bootcamp
8.30am - 10am- 100 Fitness Challenge
Note: Participants are required to agree to the Waiver and Release Form at the checkout page. 
Please arrive half an hour before the event for registration.

Workout Description

Bootcamp Workout
This bootcamp workout keeps your heart rate up, burns calories, and tones your whole body.
The 100 Fitness Challenge (for time)
- 10 reps resistance band thruster
- 40m sandbag farmer walk
- 40m Zigzag Agility Run
- 10 reps Bodyweight Squats
Note: There will be UA Prizes and Vouchers for winners of our 100 Fitness Challenge!
