Test of Will 2018 (Singapore) is happening this weekend on the 7-8th April at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza! As part of the line up this year, Under Armour is proud to present free workout sessions throughout the day led by certified instructors from various fields including MMA, HIIT and Recovery!

Description: Royston Wee is a professional MMA fighter who became the first and only Singaporean to fight in the UFC. Having more than 10 years of experience in the martial arts scene, Royston will run you through a series of drills and techniques suited for MMA.
 

Foam Rolling

 

Trainer: Lenny (Innervate)
Workout: Foam Rolling
 
Description: With the use of the foam roller (will be provided), learn self-myofascial release techniques. By incorporating foam rolling in your training, you will improve your flexibility, function, performance, and reduce injuries. It is similar to giving yourself a massage using your own body weight to roll around on the foam roller. Not only can you improve joint range of motion, but also reduce muscle tightness and soreness. Best to sign up as a post-recovery if you are doing the Test of Will!

Description: Come join @nattylifts and @tidusjwoo as they bring you through a partner-based, High Intensity circuit workout that's designed to rev up your metabolism and get you sweating. Feel free to bring a partner, or come on your own and make a new friend!

Description: Come ready to experience constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity! We will be teaching a variety of movements from our very own Operation Broken Wing, supported by Under Armour and it all culminates in a simulation of the workout, Fight For Hope! This is going to be a workout you wouldn't want to miss as we bring our coaches down to correct your form, teach you how to be efficient and prepare you for using your Fitness for a Cause!
 

Fundamental Yoga

Description: This class introduces the fundamental principals of alignment and breathwork in a flow of yoga postures linked together by the breath. It's all about step by step movements and demonstrations. If you have never tried yoga, this is the class for you, designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
