Instructor Bio


Nuno Fidalgo is a certified trainer with over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and instructor. He is certified in numerous areas including TRX,  Les Mills Body Combat, Self Myofascial release, Kettlebell level 1 and he is a European Health & Fitness Association EQF level 4 personal trainer and group instructor. In addition to his certifications, Nuno has worked as a personal trainer in fitness gyms across the world. A former personal trainer and multi-discipline instructor at Pure, Nuno now works as the fitness training manager at Fitness First Singapore. Recently, he has taken up interest in the sport of golf and has began applying his extensive fitness knowledge to prepare others for the challenges of golf.

Participants are required to agree to the Waiver and Release Form at the signup page.
