RUNNING ROUTE
WILSON LEE (TRAINER,SESSION 1)
Wilson Lee is the co-founder of HIIT2fit and also a former national triathlete, having represented Malaysia at the 2015 South East Asian Games (SEA Games). Wilson swam competitively both locally and in the United States (Bolles School) for over 7 years, before making the switch to triathlon after seeking for a competitive athletic pursuit when his swimming career was over. Juggling a full-time corporate job and training, Wilson qualified for the Malaysian triathlon team as a self-coached athlete using HIIT training concepts in a majority of his workouts. Later in 2015, Wilson also completed his first Ironman triathlon in Germany before going back to focus on faster paced short-distance triathlons.
