WORKOUT DESCRIPTION 

Rotational Movement Training (RMT) was developed by David Weck the inventor of BOSU, and is designed to unify, strengthen and balance your body while teaching it to move with greater efficiency and athleticism.
 
By incorporating continuous circular / spiralling movement patterns, the muscles, tendons, connective tissues and joints in your body learn to communicate better for balanced and more powerful movement.
