Strength and Conditioning with George Castro

 

 

In collaboration with one of the top professional MMA training academies in the world, Alliance Gym, we bring to you a series of elevated Strength and Conditioning training that has catered to some of the very best martial arts athletes who have competed at the highest level.
 

SESSION DATES

Two sessions daily from 29th May 2017 to 2nd June 2017.

  • Morning Session: 11.00am – 12.00pm
  • Evening Session: 8.30pm – 9.30pm

 

FEE

$60 per person per class
 

PROGRAM

1. Learn how to train to become better conditioned and stronger
2. Proper form for weight training and bodyweight exercises
3. Learn how to use a TRX properly
4. Learn how to build muscle or lose unwanted fat
5. Learn how to push yourself to the next level and get the most out of your circuit training or weight training program
 

NOTES TO PARTICIPANTS

Suitable for beginners to professional athletes.
 

COACH GEORGE CASTRO

  • Head strength and conditioning coach at Alliance MMA (ranked top 5 gyms in the world)
  • Coach to Brandon Vera current ONE Heavyweight World Champion and current UFC star Jeremy Stephens

World-renowned martial arts coach George Castro has recently moved all the way from Arizona to help ONE Heavyweight World Champion Brandon “The Truth” Vera set up the first Alliance MMA branch in the Philippines. With over 28 years of experience in the fitness industry and no stranger to coaching elite fighters such as Wilson Hayes, Dominick Cruz, Jeremy Stephens, Ross Pearson and Brandon Vera, Coach George is currently the man behind Alliance gym’s top-notch Strength and Conditioning program.
Creator of his own strength and conditioning program called #CastroFit, Coach George focuses on getting fighters, stronger, faster and more explosive.
