Want to get a head start on all the action at the DBS Marina Regatta 2018? Then join us on the Road To Regatta, an exclusive series of build-up activities that will help you get battle-ready for Battle Bay Extreme, the ultimate urban challenge!
 
The one-stop destination for fitness aficionados in Singapore, TripleFit brings its hugely-popular workouts on the Road To Regatta! From High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to latino dance cardio, these sessions will get you in prime shape to tackle the first-of-its-kind Battle Bay Extreme obstacle course at the DBS Marina Regatta 2018.

 

HIIT Workout by TripleFit*
Date: 17 April, Tuesday
Session 1: 6.30 – 7.30 pm
Session 2: 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Location: Ground Plaza, Marina Bay Financial Centre
What to expect: TripleFit’s HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) programme will keep your body guessing and your heart pumping. The session begins with a movement based warm-up followed by a circuit consisting of bodyweight and cardio exercises.

 

Latino Dance Cardio by TripleFit*
Date: 30 April, Monday
Session 1: 6.30 – 7.30 pm
Session 2: 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Location: Ground Plaza, Marina Bay Financial Centre
What to expect: Work up a sweat with Latino Dance by TripleFit, a high-energy dance class that mixes the beautiful rhythm of new-age Latino music with a dance groove that works out your entire body.

 

Latino Dance Cardio by TripleFit*

Session 1: 6.30 – 7.30 pm
Session 2: 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Location: The Promontory, Marina Bay
What to expect: Whip yourself into shape with Bootcamp by TripleFit, an outdoor fitness programme that is designed to improve your endurance, flexibility, strength, balance, and agility.
