Classes    

Saturday, 10th November 2018

Movement Clinic: 8:30 am – 9:15 am (45 minutes)

A class that we want everyone to join and learn the basics and fundamentals of human movement; hip hinge, squat, push and pull patterns. This class is done mostly with body weight!

TRX Gravity: 11:00 am – 11:45 am (45 minutes)

TRX Gravity is a circuit style class combining TRX®, bodyweight resistance band exercises, and other functional training tools for one fun, gravity-defying workout. With the adjustable resistance from suspension training, this workout is suitable for all fitness levels, and you can expect a stronger core, toned body, and improved functional strength.

 

Sunday, 11th November 2018

HIIT: 8:30 am – 9:25 am (55 mintues)

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is the next level of training which keeps your body guessing and the heart pumping in a dynamic environment. Our class content is always changing, but it always begins with a movement based warm-up followed by a circuit consisting of a blend of bodyweight, weights, and cardio exercises. Every day is different so expect the unexpected and your body will keep adapting to the variety it gets and you'll be one step closer to your fitness goals!

Athlean: 11:00 am – 11:35 am (35 minutes)

A class combining endurance focused aerobic intervals and active recovery with high repetition, lighter weight sets of strength-endurance training. The goal of this class is to keep your heart rate elevated and your body blasting through the calories in every session.

ReGen: 11:00 am – 11:45 am (45 minutes)

ReGen, powered by TriggerPoint, is your weekly routine to keep your body a well-oiled, functioning machine. By addressing three elements of regeneration; stretching, myofascial release and breathing – you will give your body a chance to rest and recover from the inevitable stressors that our bodies go through during both training and life. ReGen utilises tools such as stretch bands, foam rollers, massage balls as well as mobility and breathing techniques with the primary goal to keep your body strong, healthy and supple.

 

Core 360: 2:00 pm – 2:45 pm (45 minutes)

Core 360 is a class targeting the entire core - all the way from your front/back and sides! The muscles around your core work as stabilisers for the spine and in essence the entire body. Core 360 combines traditional core training (planks, v-ups, etc.) with methods from Pilates (breathing and bracing), using tools such as slide disks, TRX ®, ab wheels, resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.

TripleSpeed: 5:00 pm – 5:55pm (55 minutes)

A class that teaches you fundamental running techniques combined with a structured training program to help improve your overall running. With the class consisting of 3 components; running, core & posture - you will learn how to run better, longer and faster. TripleSpeed will be held both indoors and outdoors to provide variety, not limiting ourselves to just the gym walls.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of each session for registration purposes. Latecomers will not be allowed into the class.
