UA Run Crew (Thailand)



UA Run Crew is bringing you our first race prep season of the year! The Goal: 10km. The prep period: 10 weeks.
10km is no easy run for anyone. Completing it requires training, preparation and dedication. Join us for the next 10 weeks as we prepare you with a dedicated training program to enhance your endurance, increase your fitness and prepare you for the distance. Come race day in April, we will be ready!

  •   7 February 2018, 7:00PM - 8:30PM

               Running Basics: Active Warmup followed by a session on correcting your running style and ending with drills to help inmprove your running technique.

  •   18 February 2018, 06:30AM - 08:00AM

               Fitness Level Test: 5km test run to gauge current fitness level which will help determine the right training intensities through the prep period.

  •   21 February 2018, 7:00PM - 8:30PM

               Running Strength: Increase specific running strength to help improve performance and prevent injury.

  •   4 March 2018, 06:30AM - 08:00AM

               Improve Fitness Level: Endurance run to improve basic fitness levels.

  •   7 March 2018, 7:00PM - 8:30PM

               Improve Race Pace: Interval training workout to improve overall race pace and conditioning.

  •   18 March 2018, 06:30AM - 08:00AM

               Practice Race Pace: Tempo Run to practice race pace.

  •   21 March 2018, 7:00PM - 8:30PM

               Improve Running Fitness: Fartlek or "speed play"workout to improve running performance and speed.

  •   1 April 2018, 06:30AM - 08:00AM

                Race Equipment Test: Long run to test race equipment in preparation for raceday.

  •   4 April 2018, 7:00PM - 8:30PM

               Race Form: Speed Training to get the best form before the race

  •   8 April 2018, 06:30AM - 08:00AM

               Test Run: 10km test run or 10km race.


Participants with at least 60% attendance (show up for at least 6 sessions) will receive: 

  1. Free UA Run Crew T-Shirt.
  2. Stand a chance to win slots for Running Race in April’18 (Race TBC)


Our Coaches

Sunday Sessions would be led by Coach Simon Agoston.
Coach Simon Agoston
Simon Agoston is a Hungarian-born triathlete from Austria, who competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Agoston started out his triathlon career in 1995, and has participated in over fifty competitions in Europe. His best result came at the 2000 Triathlon World University Championships in TiszaújvárosHungary, where he finished strongly in second place. At the Olympics, Agoston placed thirty-eighth in the men's triathlon with a time of 1:53:23, just five minutes behind the winner. As a coach, Simon has over 10 years of  experience and coached the Thailand National team from 2012-13.
Weekday Sessions would be led by assistant coaches from Bangkok Get Fit.

Bangkok Get Fit is Thailand's 1st indoor group cycling studio which provides a scientific approach to training. Their coaches are ex-National Athletes who have represented Thailand. They provide a holistic training approach consisting of Swim/Bike/Run, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT and much more.

Getting There

Participants are required to agree to the Waiver and Release Form at the checkout page.
Wednesday Run Crew sessions are limited to 40 participants per session so register now to reserve your slot!
Sunday Run Crew sessions are open to unlimited sign-ups!
