Join Ben Pulham, former professional triathlete and founder of heart rate training programme, Coached for a practical running session that will teach you how to become a strong, efficient and faster runner.
You'll learn:

Why hills are speedwork in disguise

A range of exercises to make you a stronger runner
This clinic is open to runners of all ability levels, this is a session not to be missed!

After the session, ready yourself to meet our UA Run Crews: Superhero Runners, Running Department and Simple Runners!
They will be leading you in running sessions to work up a sweat, so prepare your running gears and get ready for a good evening workout!

Superhero Runners

Superhero Runners is a Local running club in Singapore aims to connect and empower a community of runners through fun and engaging training program.
To encourage and motivate everyone to stay active and lead a healthy life and be strong! There's a Superhero inside each and every one of us waiting to be unleashed!
Running Department

Founded in 2013, Running Department is a no-frills Singapore-based running community fueled by runners with a strong passion for running. They’re not your usual running club or team but a community that welcomes runners of all ages and walks of life to come together to train and support one another. They believe strongly in our vision of keeping running free and accessible to all.
Simple Runners

Simple Run aims to keep running simple by setting up multiple running groups in the different region of Singapore. This makes running convenient for their members and they have options to run in different areas daily.

About the Trainers

Ben Pulham

Professional Triathlete, Head Coach and Founder of Coached Fitness

Ben Pulham is the head coach and founder of Coached. For years, Ben earned a living as a professional triathlete, representing New Zealand at Triathlon World Championships, World Cups and in the Olympic Trials. Having spent years training and racing at a high level, Ben brings a unique skill set to his role as a coach. His athletic experience combined with a love for coaching and technology, continue to fuel all at Coached.
A sought out leader in aerobic conditioning, Ben has worked with thousands of athletes and many global brands including Nike, P&G, Apple, Standard Chartered, Facebook, Cisco and BMW.
“We believe that every person is unique. Training to your specific heart rates enables you to condition yourself at a rate that is suitable for you without putting undue stress on your body and compromising your health and performance.
