Vertical Marathon Bootcamp

 

 

 
Ready your body and your mind with this unique bootcamp created to help you achieve your goal of completing the upcoming Vertical Marathon 2017. This Bootcamp is a fun and structured outdoor fitness program based on research, interval training, and athletic conditioning with the objective of ensuring challenging and exciting workout. The class is catered to all levels of fitness, from non-active beginner to advanced and elite level athletes. Instructors will utilize their creativity, with or without use of equipment, in order to guarantee a balanced, full body training sessions that is always fun and inspiring.
 

Session Schedule

Session 1 – 28th October 2017, Saturday – 9am – 9:55am
Session 2 – 2nd November 2017, Thursday – 7:30am – 8:25am
Session 3 – 4th November 2017, Saturday – 9am – 9:55am
Session 4 – 9th November 2017, Thursday – 7:30am – 8:25am
Session 5 – 11th November 2017, Saturday – 9am – 9:55am
Session 6 – 16th November 2017, Thursday – 7:30am – 8:25am
 
Meet-up time will be 30 minutes prior to the start of each class.
