HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is the next level of training which keeps your body guessing and the heart pumping in a dynamic environment. The class begins with a movement based warm-up followed by a circuit consisting of a blend of bodyweight, weights, and cardio exercises. Join us and improve your conditioning for your runs!

About the Trainers

Tan Yi Ren

NCSF Certified Personal Trainer

A former Naval Diver with the Republic of Singapore Navy during his National Service days, Tan Yiren is a coach specialising in Gymnastics Tumbling and Strength training. He possesses a high level of resilience, patience, and perseverance as an individual.
Yiren previously coached the National University of Singapore’s Kent Ridge Steppers Cheerleading Team in 2016/17. His character traits radiated across the team, enabling them to clinch the Champion Title for that season. He firmly believes that the utmost importance to making progress is learning to be patient.
Yiren always adds a personal touch to his teaching to ensure that every individual does not feel left out but leaves with a good workout.

Cheryl Loh

Certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor

With almost a decade of coaching experience in the fitness industry, Cheryl Loh is one of the newest additions to the TripleFit Coaching Team. Cheryl's expertise lies in Functional Training - mobility & flexibility work, movement work – and skill-related components of fitness that helps improve the quality of life and enhance sports performance. She discovered her interest in fitness through the years of ‎competition training which comprised of many altered styles and disciplines, and it has also sparked her passion for sports and fitness coaching.
Cheryl is the First Female Singaporean to compete in the world-renowned Ninja Warrior obstacle course competition held in Guangzhou, China, 2015 and is also proficient Jump Rope athlete who has competed in several international jump rope competitions from including the Junior Olympic Games in 2008.
Besides coaching group exercises classes and personal training for individual clients, Cheryl also leads the 'Jump In' classes at TripleFit.
