When you travel you tend to walk a lot. On my a daily scale I only walk from 7000 steps to 10000 steps. I reached 20000 while I was in Singapore.

My lower back was aching, my feet and calves were fatigued. Try some of these simple strenches at the end of the day before you sleep.  Your footsies will thank you.
